Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing commercial, government, mining or large corporate security contracts.
• Experience in alarm response, control room operations and CCTV monitoring.
• Training in risk assessment, investigations, emergency response or occupational health and safety.
• Experience in client relationship and contract management.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strong and decisive leader.
• Professional, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Results-oriented and highly organised.
• Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
• Able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and after-hours when operationally required.
