Lady Barber / Stylist

Job Description

Glitz & Cuts is looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Lady Barber / Stylist to join our team. If you love hair, have the right skills and customer service mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Cut and style hair (ladies only)
• Prepare hair for styling and installations
• Wash and condition clients’ hair
• Assist with wig services and other salon treatments
• Assist the stylist during busy appointments
• Manage and confirm appointments
• Keep salon tidy, organised and presentable
• Prepare and sanitise tools and workstations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with hair cutting and styling (ladies only)
• Experience washing and preparing hair
• Neat, well-maintained salon presentation (especially wig lines / clean hair work)
• Customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Neat, presentable and professional
• Willing to learn and take instructions
• Able to work under pressure
• Previous salon experience (advantageous)
