Job Description

The Ministry for state President, Defence and Security invites applications from highly motivated, well experienced and self-driven candidates to fill vacant position tenable at various government offices in Tonota.

Key Responsibilities

• Guards Government Buildings and property by patrolling the premises and ensures that windows and doors are securely closed and locked
• Maintains a record of Government movable property taken in and out of the premises to prevent theft of Government property
• Checks all fences and enclosures for unauthorized access and reporting any defects to the Supervisor
• Reports all cases of theft and burglary immediately to the supervisor and police
• Hoists the national Flag and lowers it at designated times
• Records in the diary all suspicious occurrences to assist in cases of theft and Burglary

Qualifications & Experience

• Primary School Leaving Certificate (PSLE) Certificate
• Direct entry
• Experience in security services will be an added advantage
