Key Responsibilities

• & Competencies Conducting regular inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Checking tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
• Efficiently planning and determining the best routes to reach destinations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to driving activities(mileage logs, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance reports, and any incident or accident reports as required by the company or regulatory authorities)
• Interacting with customers, clients, or other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide transfer services by collecting and transporting company staff, delegates, and other authorised visitors to and from the airport or authorized places as required
• Adhering to all applicable safety regulations and company policies while driving.
• Managing time effectively to ensure timely arrivals and pickups according to scheduled appointments or delivery deadlines.
• Providing regular updates to the company regarding completed tasks, delays, or any issues encountered during the driving assignments.
• Ensuring the security of the company vehicle and cargo.
