- HCA Certification (Formal qualification)
- Recognized Home-Based Care / Palliative Care Certifications
- Phlebotomy certification/experience (A plus)
- Proven Home-Based Care experience
- Experience with critically ill and high-dependency patients
- Skilled in wound care and sterile dressing changes
- Proficient in mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Full medication administration training
