Boswa Culinary Institute of Botswana is seeking a dynamic, innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department, strengthen our brand, and drive student recruitment and enrolment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, sales and lead generation.
• Experience in education marketing and recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and achieve enrolment targets.
