Bakery Manager

Job Description

We are hiring a Bakery Manager to lead daily bakery operations and ensure consistent product quality, supervise and motivate the bakery team, manage inventory, supplies and waste efficiently, ensure compliance with hygiene and food-safety standards, and develop new products and recipes to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid driver’s licence – essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bakery environment
• Strong leadership, organisational and time-management skills
• Passion for baking and customer satisfaction
• Culinary Arts/Baking qualification – an added advantage
