Key Responsibilities

• Managing the branch operations effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervising staff and providing guidance.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Reporting to the regional manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 Year’s retail experience at a middle management level.
• Strong general management skills and commercial acumen.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Credit management and related legislation.
• Knowledge of current Labour Law.
• Basic Financial and HR knowledge.
• Experience of disciplinary hearings and investigating.
