Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments.
• Itinerary Planning: Create tailored travel itineraries.
• Bookings & Invoicing: Process reservations, prepare invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Customer Support: Handle booking updates, client feedback, and resolve travel issues.
• Sales: Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tour consulting or hotel operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience selling South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Flexible and willing to work varied hours.
