Adopt & nuance Regional CIB strategy in a cluster of countries where the strategic ambition is to maintain franchise positioning. Focused on client experience with selected fit for purpose solutioning within the set of targeted sectors in collaboration with regional & Group stakeholders. The direct report & Africa regions Manco representative & leads a fast moving entrepreneurial, specialised, multi-functional team to be more competitive & establish positioning in the marketplace.

Qualifications & Experience

• Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Diploma
• Field of Study: Business Commerce
• Business Management
• Business Support
• 3-4 years Experience in integrating and adapting technology and data insights to deliver multiproduct integrated solutions to improve relevance and market positioning
• 3-4 years Track record of anticipating macro-economic statistics and trends and applies proof points across jurisdictions to enable collaboration, synergies and efficiencies.Has led multi-year business change across diverse stakeholders, interests and countries in line with the local context *Experience in integrating and adapting technology and data insights to deliver multiproduct integrated solutions to improve relevance and market positioning
• 5-7 years Experience in governing businesses within agreed governance systems aligned to the fiduciary duty of the board to protect the organisation’s assets Demonstrate a track-record of steering client centricity initiatives across multiple jurisdictionsCan collaborate across jurisdictions to align social priorities and build synergies between interdependent teams
