Key Responsibilities

• Contact parents/guardians about outstanding fees.
• Follow up overdue accounts by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Negotiate payment plans and monitor compliance.
• Keep accurate collection, balance and follow-up records.
• Prepare collection reports and progress updates.
• Handle disputes professionally and escalate when needed.
• Meet monthly collection targets and report performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in debt collection, credit control, customer service or receivables is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and record keeping.
• Independent, consistent and target-focused.
• High integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and accountability.
