Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve thin pastry recipes for commercial and export markets
• Operate the automatic sheeter machine and supporting equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems to reduce downtime
• Maintain quality standards and keep batches consistent

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pastry production
• Mechanical know-how: comfortable using tools to fix and calibrate machinery
• Basic English is compulsory/Commitment to Learn
• No Academic Requirement Compulsory/ Experience of knowing he dough & pastry behaviors is important.
