SWY Botswana Engineering (Pty) Ltd is a construction company based in Maun, Botswana, with operations at Toteng, Khoemacau Copper Mine. We are currently involved in the construction of processing plant facilities and prefabricated housing units for MMG. We are seeking an experienced, qualified and safety conscious professional to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise constructions projects (SITE SUPERVISOR)
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate project schedules and resources
• Monitor Project progress and prepare reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven construction, mining, or industrial project experience
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work in a demanding site environment
