Nail & Bolt Plants Specialist

This re-advertises the post of 16 January 2026. Previous applicants may reapply. Are you a master of the machine? We need a hands-on expert who knows nail and bolt machines inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the line to BOBS standards for wire thickness and quality; know the wire grades and types of wire nails
• Grind, shape and sharpen cutters; maintain wearable consumables , to match to make sure that the nail tip & Nail head is to exact micro mm to get exact quality of nail.
• Adjust tensions and fix breakdowns fast to avoid downtime
• Train and transfer skills to the local team

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience on wire nail/bolt machinery
• Proof of 5 years’ experience is compulsory
• Basic English
• Qualifications not required, but may be attached
• Willing to relocate to Selebi-Phikwe
