Job Description

Guangdong Topkey Power Technical Development Co., Ltd., currently undertaking a project with Sinotswana Green Energy (Pty) Ltd, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant maintenance or supervisory experience.
• Experience working internationally or in a multicultural working environment will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Chinese language will be an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial, power, manufacturing, construction, or similar environments will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to supervise technical teams and manage maintenance activities.
• Good troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
