Key Responsibilities

• Respond to WhatsApp, phone and social media enquiries.
• Explain products, prices and promotions.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert interest into sales.
• Share branch directions and confirm stock availability.
• Coordinate orders, reservations and collections.
• Handle complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Record enquiries, follow-ups and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good communication in English and Setswana.
• Friendly, patient and professional.
• Strong sales, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Confident using WhatsApp, social media and computers.
• Able to coordinate with staff across branches.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
