Job Description

G4S (Botswana) Limited invites suitable candidates for the below mentioned positions tenable in Gaborone, Francistown, Lobatse and Moshupa.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending to alarm calls as instructed by the Control Centre within target time.
• Ensuring that trips are logged in the Vehicle Control Form and that every vehicle movement is sanctioned by the Response Control Centre.
• Assisting Supervisors as and when the need arises, and executing all reasonable and lawful instructions that may be given by Supervisors.
• Ensuring maintenance of professionalism and discipline, and ensuring that indiscipline is elevated to supervisors for action. Following up reports with supervisors to ensure completion.
• Through the Response Control Centre’s authority, visit premises whenever the Control Centre fails to get hold of the client where access was not gained.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Cambridge/BGCSE Certificate.
• Must hold no criminal record.
• Age – Mature and Responsible.
• Physically and Mentally fit.
• Fluent in both English and Setswana.
• Security experience will be an added advantage.
• A five (5) year old clean drivers’ license-two (2) years proven record of MANUAL driving experience.
