• BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
• The Human Resources Business Partner – Projects will be responsible for partnering with assigned business functions to translate operational priorities into practical people solutions and ensuring effective delivery of HR services. Providing advisory support to line management and employees across workforce planning, recruitment, HR governance and people analytics, while coordinating HR activities with other HR specialist in supporting, managing people risks and promoting an engaged, capable and productive workforce.
