WAITRESS / WAITER

Job Description

Deliver warm, attentive table service and help every guest enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus and explain dishes and drinks.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Set up, clear and reset tables to lodge standards.
• Check on guests during meals and respond to requests politely.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and payments accurately at the end of service.
• Keep the restaurant and service areas clean, tidy and well stocked.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous restaurant, bar or food service experience is an advantage Excellent customer service and communication skills, a friendly and well-groomed appearance, teamwork, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
