Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, proven Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level teaching experience, and a commitment to academic excellence, effective leadership and student development.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least five years of Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level teaching experience is essential.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject is required.
• For the Head of Department, Timetable Coordinator, Head of Year and Pastoral Manager positions, a minimum of three years’ relevant management/leadership experience is required.
• Proven leadership and management experience is required for the HOD, Timetable Coordinator, Head of Year and Pastoral Manager positions.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as appropriate to the position.
• Candidates must hold a valid BOTEP CO teaching license
