Drill Rig Operator

Job Description

Reporting to the Site Supervisor the Driller will be responsible for the day-to-day successful drilling operations and performance adherence to his designated drill site.

Qualifications & Experience

• Form C certificate
• Minimum 5years as a diamond drilling operator (not assisting) experience
• Extensive knowledge of drill bit selection and anhand sizing
• Have a competent understanding of mechanical problem solving
• Be able to operate the following drill rigs: EF160, LF160, Torque Drill TD110
• Must be able to problem solve and apply skills creatively in a manner healthier
