Welcomes guests, manages bookings, assists with enquiries, processes payments, and ensures a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong plus.
• Impeccable grooming standards.
• Experience with hotel reservation systems will be an advantage.
