Key Responsibilities
serve as Independent Member of the Human Resources, Social and Ethics Sub-Committee (HRSE) appointed for a term of five (5) years and will be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of five (5) years
Qualifications & Experience
suitably qualified professionals subject to the applicable Terms of Reference, satisfactory performance and relevant governance approvals
