Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire financial management function of the organization.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and tools.
