Maintenance Team Supervisor

Job Description

We’re hiring a Maintenance Team Supervisor for Facilities & Building Maintenance at Khoemacau Mine, Toteng, Botswana. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance across the camp.

Qualifications & Experience

• Trade certificate or Diploma in Building, Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Maintenance.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (mining, camp, hospitality or facilities preferred).
• Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, carpentry and general building repairs.
• Able to plan, schedule and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance across the camp.
• Strong leadership skills to manage, train and motivate a multi-skilled maintenance team.
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in a remote mining environment.
