Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our milling plant. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate duties and oversee daily milling operations to meet production targets
- Ensure product meets specs (moisture, granulation, colour)
- Report breakdowns and liaise with maintenance team
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor raw material usage and finished goods
- Complete daily production reports, downtime logs
Qualifications & Experience
- NCC in Machine fitting / food safety and hygiene certificate
- Certificate in Crop production as an added advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Supervisor in a milling company
- Strong knowledge of milling processes and machinery
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
