SALES AND MARKETING INTERN

Job Description

Contemporary Linens is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to support sales and marketing activities, promote our linen products and build positive customer relationships. No previous work experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying potential customers and following up sales enquiries.
• Support customer service, quotations and sales administration.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media and content creation.
• Conduct basic market research into customer needs and competitors.
• Maintain customer records and prepare activity reports for management.
• Support product presentations, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Liaise with production staff on customer requirements and order updates.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, or a closely related qualification.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team.
• An interest in sales, customer service and digital marketing.
• Preference will be given to applicants residing in or near Phakalane.
