Job Description

We’re looking for driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial individuals to join our Retail Distribution team as Sales Agents serving the Entry and Middle (Mass) Market segments in Mahalapye and Molepolole.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with suitable financial products and professional advice based on their needs.
• Prospects for new business and effectively plan sales activities.
• Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Keep customers informed about new products and services.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, Botswana legislation, and company values.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience within the life insurance industry or a related field.
• Certificate of Proficiency (Long-Term Insurance) is a requirement.
• A Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Ownership of a digital device and access to a vehicle will be advantageous.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Strong technological aptitude.
• Understanding of the life insurance business environment.
• Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
• Sound decision-making ability and strong business acumen.
• Proactive, analytical, and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and overcome setbacks.
