NIEHOFF MULTI WIRE PRODUCTION LINE OPERATOR (Three Posts)

Job Description

This is one of the most sophisticated, high productivity production line and therefore only those who have experience in setting up, operating and maintenance experience will be eligible for this post. Following Skill and competencies are requires Skill, and Competencies

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, setting up and operation of Niehof multi wire drawing machine.
• Preventive/breakdown Maintenance/ Periodic Overhaul of Niehof make wire drawing machine
• Read/understand technical instructions/drawings, process charts, work instructions.
• Responsible for load scheduling, output and product quality.
• Supervise, Guide and Train other workers
• A minimum of 5 years of experience on a Niehoff multi-wire, production line machine. A must requirement.
• Educational Qualification While no specific educational qualification is required, the person should be literate, be able to do basic technical/mathematical calculations. Read and understand technical instructions/ manuals and drawings
