BUTCHERY REGIONAL MANAGER

Job Description

Must have over 15 years’ experience in retail management and butchery production Training Certificates in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates will add an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• To direct and be responsible of the operations of all the retail stores throughout the centers of Botswana including opening of new stores and supervising supermarket managers
• Managing major daily operations of butchery
• Meat processing & manufacturing according to work plan
• Effectively plan and monitor production
• Sales and waste control & shrinkage in the department

Qualifications & Experience

Must have over 15 years’ experience in retail management and butchery production Training Certificates in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates will add an advantage
