• BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION:
• The Human Resources Business Partner – Talent Acquisition And Recruitment Systems will be responsible for partnering with the business to deliver workforce requirements through effective talent acquisition, recruitment systems and resourcing strategies, ensuring timely quality appointments while driving recruitment governance, analytics, candidate experience, diversity and continuous improvement and assisting with compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and organisational standards.
