Job Description

G4S (Botswana) Limited invites suitable candidates for the below mentioned positions Nationwide. SECURITY OFFICERS – NATIONWIDE (150)

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Protect property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Perform first aid or CPR.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum BGCSE/Cambridge and/or a certificate in security management
• Must hold no criminal record.
• Must be Mature and Responsible.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Have Integrity and self discipline.
• Fluent in both English and Setswana.
• Ability to adapt to working under pressure.
• Customer centricity.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer is an added advantage.
