Qualifications & Experience

• Be a citizen of Botswana.
• Hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Not currently be participating in, or have previously participated in, another graduate development programme.
• Demonstrate strong learning agility, problem-solving ability, collaboration and a willingness to embrace change.
• Have an interest in building a career within banking and financial services.
