Job Description

We are looking for passionate and hardworking Bakery Assistants / Bakers to join our team and help us deliver fresh, quality baked goods every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of bakery products.
• Measure, mix and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all products meet our quality and hygiene standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and follow safety procedures.
• Support the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 6 months’ work experience in a bakery environment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for baking and delivering excellent customer service.
