Field Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

– Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in field operations and site maintenance for telecom networks. – Key Equipment Experience: Practical field experience handling wireless base stations (BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB) and corresponding power equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site preventive and corrective maintenance for telecom site infrastructure and active equipment.
• Respond swiftly to emergency outages, hardware failures, and site alarms.
• Perform site audits, hardware replacements, and quality checks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of field-level experience working with telecom hardware.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various field sites as required.
