Qualifications & Experience

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar translator/interpreter role – mining, hospitality, catering, facilities management or camp environment preferred.
• At least a Certificate in Business or a related business course.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
• Able to work under pressure in a remote mining environment – professional, trustworthy, flexible and customer-focused.
