Job Description
Join Lesedi Television and help us grow our advertising, sponsorship and media business across Botswana.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for advertising, sponsorships, studio rentals and digital services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate deals.
- Work with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the company’s revenue.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous sales or business development experience (preferably in media, advertising or related field).
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the Botswana business environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
- Professional and confident with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English (Setswana is an advantage).
