Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of HOD- Computer Science and ICT (Secondary School) at Botlhale Cambridge International School

Key Responsibilities

• Department Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversee the Computer Science & ICT department.
• Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and review ICT and Computer Science curricula aligned with international standards.
• Technology Integration: Promote innovative use of ICT tools across the school to enhance teaching and learning.
• Assessment Leadership: Ensure effective student assessment, examination preparation, and academic progress tracking.
• Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ICT labs, and digital resources.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant teaching qualification, bachelor’s degree in computer science, ICT, or related field and valid registration with appropriate professional body.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IGCSE and A-Level Computer Science/ICT syllabi.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
