MMG/Khoemacau Copper Mining is looking for a qualified and experienced OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE to join their team in Maun. The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for providing health services to employees by delivering primary health care, occupational health services, emergency care, health promotion, and managing workplace injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing on-site primary health care, emergency response, and coordinating referrals.
• Conducting pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations to assess employee fitness for duty.
• Monitoring and managing work-related injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions.
• Identifying workplace health hazards and participating in risk assessments.
• Promoting health education, wellness programs campaigns, and disease prevention initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and preparing reports in line with company standards.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations and internal health policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in General Nursing/Occupational Health Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience at least 2 of which should be at Post Occupational Health Qualifications
• Audiometry skills
• Spirometry testing skills
• Basic Life Support
