Is looking to employ a workshop/technical manager in Gaborone Botswana. The successful incumbent requires strong management experience with stable work records, service driven & amp; customer with good people management and financial acumen

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 Years or more technical experience and/ or workshop managerial experience in a motor industry.
• Relevant tertiary education [technical qualification]
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Training, coaching and people development skills And motivation skills
• Extensive knowledge of motor-dealership, workshop operation requirements
• Knowledge of products
• Advanced computer skills [automotive knowledge]
• Business Acumen
• Customer orientation
