Job Description

Lead lodge operations, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge.
• Manage staff performance, schedules and service delivery.
• Monitor income, expenditure, stock control and operating costs.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate reservations, housekeeping, kitchen, restaurant and bar operations.
• Implement operating procedures and maintain hospitality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor departmental performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven hospitality management experience, strong leadership, financial management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
