Job Description

Expressions of Interest will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: Financial Capability, Relevant Experience and Track Record, Technical Capability and Development Concept, Implementation, Operation and Maintenance, and Overall Value Proposition to Council.

• Operation, maintenance and facilities-management strategy
• Risk management and handover/transfer approach
• Overall benefits and value offered to Jwaneng Town Council
• Socio-economic benefits, including employment and local participation
• Long-term sustainability and quality of asset to be transferred

Qualifications & Experience

• Evidence of access to funding / financing capacity
• Audited financial statements / demonstrated financial strength
• Credibility and appropriateness of proposed financing approach
• Experience in similar property / residential developments
• Successfully completed comparable projects and references
• Experience in operating and maintaining developments
• Quality of preliminary site layout and proposed housing mix
• Technical expertise and suitability of proposed key personnel/team
• Quality, functionality and suitability of the development concept
• Sustainability, infrastructure and amenities approach
