Sheetal Cutting Works (Pty) Ltd is a modern Diamond Cutting and Polishing Company situated at UNIT BI, BITC Factory Shells, Block 8. Plot 61128-61130, P.O. Box 2398 ABG Sebele Mall, GABORONE. The company requires suitable candidates who aspire for excellence in Diamond polishing and Information Technology to fill the below listed

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Operations: Drive output and ensure quality standards, shipment deadlines, and production targets are met. Optimize workflow, capacity, and scheduling.
• Compliance & Security: Enforce strict factory security, risk management, and environmental safety policies. Handle rough and polished diamond import/export compliance and inventory tracking.
• Team Leadership: Lead department heads, supervisors, and workers. Coordinate training, upskilling, and performance bonus systems.
• Resource & Cost Management: Champion cost control, continuous improvement, and efficient allocation of tools and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience : Typically, 10 to 20+ years of total experience in the diamond manufacturing sector, with 10 to 15+ years in a senior leadership or management role. Core Skills: Deep technical knowledge of diamond cutting and polishing processes, strong financial reporting, Information Technology Skills, familiarity with labour relations, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
