Pharmaceutical Machine Operators (2)

Job Description

We seek a competent Machine Operator with GMP experience and a proven ability to operate tablet compression, capsule filling, and tablet coating machines, with a willingness to learn to operate other manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean and change over equipment according to approved SOPs and batch manufacturing instructions.
• Monitor operating parameters and perform authorised in-process checks.
• Complete batch records and equipment logbooks accurately and at the time of activity.
• Follow line clearance, material reconciliation, contamination prevention and safety procedures.
• Report equipment faults, deviations and unusual product characteristics promptly.
• Undertake training to operate additional manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least two years’ pharmaceutical manufacturing experience under GMP.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with all three specified machine types.
• Relevant technical or pharmaceutical manufacturing training is an advantage.
• Good documentation skills, attention to detail and willingness to work shifts.
