Sales Representative: Retail

Job Description

Farmers Organisation Ltd seek to fill the position of Sales Representative-Retail based in Mzuzu. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all Sales & Marketing activities relating to the retail market segment in the Northern Region of Malawi

Key Responsibilities

• To create demand for FOL technologies and services
• To establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders
• To identify and close sales leads
• To determine customer needs & market opportunities
• To expand the customer base by seeking new accounts
• To handle customer complaints
• To co-ordinate and implement advertising & promotional activities
• To plan and report activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Agronomy or Marketing or any Tertiary Education plus experience in agriculture related field
• 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
