Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all spa operations, financial performance, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and compliance with Hotel 430 service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills.
