SHEC TRAINER

Job Description

The SHEC Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering health, safety, environment, and community (SHEC) training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SHEC training programs
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Develop and update training materials
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety training
• Certified SHEC trainer or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop engaging training materials
