- Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily front office operations including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations
- Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and motivate front office team members
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue opportunities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards
- Prepare operational reports and manage departmental budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hotel front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is an added advantage

Qualifications & Experience
