DIRECT SALES AGENTS

Job Description

Bayport Financial Services is looking to appoint suitably qualified Direct Sales Agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the organization’s services to established customers and developing new business prospects within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads from the target market
• Identify and interact with potential clients
• Generate market intelligence

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum entry qualification: BGCSE
• Experience as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will be an added advantage
• Must possess basic selling skills
• Should have good interpersonal and customer engagement skills, with the ability to persuade and influence customers
• Experience in sales or within a financial institution will be an added advantage
