Job Description
Granjo Institute, a BQA-accredited, HRDC-recognised ACCA Approved Learning Partner, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Accounting Lecturer to teach accounting programmes and support the institute’s finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lectures in Accounting, Financial Reporting and Management Accounting
- Teach across face-to-face, online and blended learning modes
- Set, mark and moderate assessments and mock examinations, and run revision clinics
- Monitor learner progress and support exam readiness and progression
- Maintain teaching records and take part in quality assurance
- Assist the institute’s finance function with monthly budgets, forecasts, financial reports, reconciliations and other finance activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/BICA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- At least 2 years’ teaching or practical accounting experience
- Strong communication, presentation and IT skills
